@ 3:54 p.m. I'm so sleepy I can barely keep my eyes open. Last night I went to a party in Seattle with Courtney, her boyfriend Josh, and another couple named Paul and Katie. It was a party for some alternative magazine Courtney writes for, and the theme was drunken clowns. Needless to say there were drunken clowns everywhere. I hadn't drank in forever, but I had to stick to glasses of cheap beer because alcohol in Seattle is so damn expensive. I had so much fun, but wokeup pretty hungover today. That's why I rarely ever drink. We didn't get home until 3 am and then I couldn't get to sleep until 5 am. Molly's home for a week which is always exciting and fun. Today we went to Bands Against Bush at the Capitol Campus. I felt sorry for the people putting on the show because it was so cold and windy, it reminded me of Ellensburg. Anyway I finally got to see Scream Club play and they were hilarious. Live hip hop is so much fun, even people who don't usually enjoy hip hop seem to like it. I'm very happy to say that I'm at the TESC library. I got a library card for free, and I"m soaking up as much of the library atmosphere before I have to either go home and take a nap, or go get some coffee. Maybe I'll go to the Flavored Cup. I love going to a huge library for the first time and walking in between the shelves, looking at the books. I love the silence of university libraries and it makes me long to be working at the CWU library again. I saw my friend Jonah from the PSU at bands against bush today. He's also in Log Hog with Tom. They are playing in Oly on November 5 and everyone who is available should go damnit. Ok now I'm going to leave to get some coffee and head for home to call my friend Diane to tell her Mols and I ran into Jonah. I hope and pray Mom and Mike will go somewhere tonight. I need a break from Mom badly. They have been fighting this week and I have a zero tolerance rule for fighting. I just fucking hate it. But I'm too tired to care. Older Entries |
